We're Steve (Russell) and Giles (Atwell). We LOVE Chocolate. We've worked on some of the world's favourite chocolate brands for a combined 30 years. 

We love food… not fancy haute-cuisine, but local, sustainable, beautifully messy, real food that oozes taste & personality.

Steve (on left pouring chocolate) is a chocolate scientist with 20 years of chocolate development experience, creating chocolates for famous household brands like Mars, Cadbury, Green & Blacks and lastly Godiva, where he and Giles met. 

Fun Fact: Steve won the 'Institute of Refrigeration Environmental Award' for designing an environmentally friendly air-cooled fridge!

Giles (on right waiting to taste) is the ‘suit’. He started at Unilever as a marketing graduate, then spent 14 years at Cadbury/Mondelez, working in confectionery across four continents with famous brands like Cadbury and Milka, before joining Godiva to lead the launch into supermarkets around the world. 

Fun Fact: Giles’ grandfather began a chocolate business in 1921, his family has been working in chocolate for almost 100 years!

Having had grown-up jobs on world-famous chocolate brands for a combined 30 years, we started our business with insider-knowledge and a question: “If everything tastes better fresh, why are people still eating long-life chocolate?”

After hundreds of prototypes made in our kitchen, we’re now bringing you our carefully blended fresh chocolate favourites in hand-finished batches; all made with sustainable cocoa, fresh organic cream and absolutely no palm oil.

In the meantime, we get to work in our own dream business - and you get 100% moreishly melty, gorgeously chocolatey, ludicrously luxurious, ridiculously good fresh chocolates.
