A little about us...
Russell & Atwell began by 30 year chocolate veterans Steve Russell & Giles Atwell with a question “ If everything tastes better fresh, why are we still eating long-life chocolate”?
So we created a new range and market from scratch ‘fresh chocolate’ – made with sustainable cocoa and organic fresh cream with absolutely no palm oil. Launching in 2020, we became the no1 most popular food brand on Kickstarter in 48 hours, ‘top 5 sustainable chocolate brand’ in The Times.
In March 2022, after getting offers from all 5 Dragons on Dragons’ Den, going OOS for 3 months, we hit nearly £0.5M in 2022, 4X 2021 predominantly in D2C
It’s not easy to create a new category – the bar is high!
We’re looking for an ambitious, driven and talented sales person to bring our commercial strategy to-life, building strong relationships with retailers to introduce & sustain R&A into chilled foody retail & beyond.
We anticipate the head of sales will recruit a team as we grow
We are in the process of raising capital to help us take the next steps of growth.

1) You have 5+ years experience in FMCG at NAM level preferably in an agile small business environment
2) You are UK-based, happy to work hybrid home/Birmingham & visiting retailers
3) You're interested in a leadership role, starting small with the ambition to grow fast & build a team
