6 Places to Enjoy Our New Cornish Dream

Summer might be slipping away, but we’ve found a way to keep hold of it: our brand-new Cornish Dream chocolates. Imagine silky smooth milk chocolate wrapped around indulgent Rodda’s Cornish Clotted Cream. It’s rich, it’s decadent, and we have turned the creaminess up to 11; it’s basically the taste of Cornwall in a bag. Unlike a trip to the seaside, it doesn’t come with sunburn, wet socks, or a £9 parking fee. It’s pure summer nostalgia you can eat on repeat.

But where should you enjoy them? Well, you could sit politely at the kitchen table with a plate. Or, if you’re like us, you’ll find yourself sneaking a bag into all kinds of random, very British places. We’ve put together a list of our favourites. Warning: it might make you want to stock up on more bags, so here is the link (They are almost sold out): Cornish Dream

NEW Cornish Monty Fresh Chocolate 3 - Pack - Russell and Atwell

1. Watching Dragons’ Den (Because We’ve Been There)

We still get shivers remembering the bright lights and serious stares of Dragons’ Den. If you’ve never been grilled by five business moguls (or six on the latest season) while holding your breath and trying not to sweat through your shirt, count yourself lucky. But reliving it at home is far more fun with chocolate in hand. Pop the telly on, press play on that iconic theme tune, and let Cornish Dream take the edge off. When Peter Jones raises an eyebrow, you’ll just raise another chocolate to your mouth. It’s far less stressful from the sofa.

2. On a Freezing Cold British Beach

British beaches are beautiful… but they’re also an extreme sport. One moment it’s sunshine and sandcastles, the next it’s wind strong enough to turn your umbrella inside out. Ice cream doesn’t stand a chance in that weather, but Cornish Dream does. In fact, pop a bag in the freezer before you leave and you’ve basically got the world’s most indulgent mini choc-ice. Nothing says “holiday in the UK” quite like sitting in a deckchair with your hood up, eating frozen chocolate while the sea mist slaps you in the face. Perfection.

3. Watching the Spinal Tap Documentary at Home

Some films go up to ten, but Spinal Tap? They go to eleven. And honestly, so does Cornish Dream; the creaminess is definitely dialled up to 11. There’s something magical about kicking back on the sofa, pressing play on the loudest rock ‘mockumentary’ of all time, and unwrapping a bag of our clotted cream chocolate. As the amps get louder and the band gets more ridiculous, you’ll find yourself matching every guitar solo with another piece of chocolate. It’s the perfect pairing: rock legends who don’t take themselves too seriously, and a chocolate that’s equally indulgent and tongue-in-cheek. Just don’t let anyone turn down the volume, or worse, ask to share your bag.

4. On the Train, Pretending You’re Invisible

There’s a particular kind of tension that comes from unwrapping food on a train. The moment the bag crinkles, you can feel every pair of eyes in the carriage swivel towards you. People pretend to read their paper, but you know they’re really calculating how much chocolate you’ve got and whether you might offer them some. Our advice? Don’t. Put your headphones in, avoid eye contact, and focus on your Cornish Dream. Public transport is tough enough without negotiating chocolate custody agreements.

5. In the Queue at Greggs

Greggs is a national treasure, but let’s be honest, the queues can test your patience. Why not improve the experience? Standing in line for a steak bake suddenly feels much less like a chore when you’ve got Cornish Dream to tide you over. It’s the ultimate starter course: indulgent, creamy, and crumb-free, unlike the sausage roll you’re about to inhale. Bonus: when you finally get to the front, you’ll look smugly satisfied while everyone else is still hangry.

6. In Your Arctic Office

There’s always one office that feels like it’s been plonked directly inside a walk-in fridge. The heating doesn’t work, someone insists on opening a window “for fresh air,” and your keyboard clicks are muffled by the sound of your own teeth chattering. In those moments, Cornish Dream becomes both a snack and a survival tool. Straight from the fridge, it’s cool, creamy, and more comforting than the dodgy space heater you’ve hidden under your desk, but from the freezer, it’s next-level delicious, just like a mini-choc-ice! Co-workers might notice the smell of chocolate wafting through the room, but you’ll just shrug and tell them the radiator’s broken again

So there you have it: six brilliant, very real places to enjoy our new limited-edition Cornish Dream. Chill them in the fridge, freeze them for choc-ice glory, or keep a secret stash handy for emergencies. Just don’t wait too long,  like British sunshine, this flavour won’t be around forever.

Mini Cornish Dream FAQ 🍫

Q: Do seagulls like chocolate?
A: We really, really hope not. But if you’re eating these on a beach, keep your guard up; those birds are fearless.

Q: Can I share?
A: You can. But we strongly advise against it unless you’re prepared for lifelong regret.

Q: Is it really better frozen?
A: 100%. It becomes the UK’s smallest, fanciest choc-ice. You’ll thank us later.

Q: What’s the best drink pairing?
A: A strong cup of tea works wonders. But if you want to be fancy, Cornish Dream also pairs surprisingly well with champagne. (We checked. For science.)
