It's completely bonkers to be a chocolate company with no chocolate to sell over Easter ...so we thought we would share with you a simple recipe to make your own fresh chocolates at home.

To make 200g of Centres
| 100g | Chocolate (pick your favourite - if you like it milky, choose a milk chocolate base, if you prefer dark chocolate, go for it!) |
| 20g | Butter |
| 60g | Fresh Double Cream |
| 20g | Honey |
| Pinch | Sea Salt (Finely Ground) |
|
 For Coating the centres
 | |
| 100g | Chocolate to dip the centres into |
| 20g | Cocoa Powder for Dusting |
Make in 5 Easy Steps
| STEPS |
 | |
| 1 | MELT | Melt the butter and the chocolate |
| 2 | MIX | Mix all centre ingredients together |
| 3 | CHILL | Pour into a shallow dish and chill in the fridge for an hour |
| 4 | SHAPE | Shape into 10g rocks (this is the fun/messy part!) |
| 5 | DIP & DUST | Melt the chocolate for the coating and dip the rocks in the melted chocolate and place on a baking sheet then lightly dust with cocoa powder. Leave to set and scoff! (Keep any remaining in the fridge and eat within a few days) |
Steve made a total mess of Giles' kitchen making these earlier this week, but the results are still being enjoyed by us all!
We'll be releasing a short film on social media - if you have a go at making these at home, do tag us on social media with a picture of the results.
In the meantime, wishing everyone a very Happy and Healthy Easter.
Steve & Giles

P.S. While we've got got over 10,000 chocolate packs out to customers over the past few weeks, we've still got a fair few to go in the coming weeks - we're sorry for the delay and thank you for your patience, but we will not compromise on quality and our 3-day process to make each fresh batch totally delicious for you.
For anyone who hasn't had theirs delivered, we are making, packing and sending most days, please check your junk email for an update on your order timing - sent a few weeks ago - we are still on-track for this timing and plan to send a further update later next week.

Good but nothing special. Not worth waiting months for a packet.
Just tried the Salted Caramel, incredible and not too sweet. I can see why the Dragons took you guys on.
