How do you deliver chocolates so that they do not melt in transit in summer?

During summer, and if the weather is particularly hot above 23°C, we temporarily stop postage, especially on our free “standard” deliveries that take between 3-5 days. For our Express deliveries that cost £3.99, we deliver in 1-2 days up to a temperature of 30°C. Order before 10 am for same-day dispatch. The chances of chocolate melting with all these precautions are very low.

Can I choose a specific date for delivery of my gift?

Yes, you can do so. At checkout, along with your personalized message, mention the date of delivery, and we will ensure that the gift is delivered on the special day. Check our Standard and Express delivery options to estimate the gift receiving date.
