Welcome to the Fresh Chocolate Revolution!

With 40 years experience on world famous chocolate brands, we make ridiculously rich, smooth & creamy proper chocolates, using real food like fresh organic cream, wildflower honey and ZERO palm oil, because fresh tastes best!

Our hand-finished, foil-wrapped, 150g Medium-sized Easter Eggs are made with a unique, beautifully balanced blend of milk and dark, or milk and blond chocolate to give a rich, creamy and intensely chocolatey taste.

Thanks to our artisanal marbling-process, each egg is naturally and totally deliciously, but ever so slightly different.

Hide our scrumptious fresh chocolates in your fridge and eat by the end of May and our freshly-made Eggs will stay delicious until July (if you need that long!)

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your experience in chocolate making?

We have over 40 years' experience in chocolate and over 100 years of chocolate heritage. This is an assurance of a high-quality chocolate experience!

Why do I need to keep chocolates in the fridge?

Because they're made with fresh organic cream instead of vegetable oil. Real cream
melts and spoils, so they need to be kept cool. It's actually a sign that our chocolates are made properly, with real ingredients, not shelf-stable preservatives. Most "luxury" brands use vegetable oils (like palm) to avoid this, but we won't compromise on quality.

What’s the difference between Russell & Atwell chocolates and supermarket chocolate gifts?

Unlike mass-market chocolate, Russell & Atwell use real food ingredients like fresh organic butter and cream, with no palm oil or preservatives. It’s the restaurant-quality chocolate gift you can give at home.

Do your Easter Eggs need to be stored in the fridge?

We recommend our Easter Eggs are stored in the fridge to keep them nice and fresh, together with our fresh chocolates.

Can I send a personal message with the Easter Egg by post?

Yes! Send our Easter Eggs by post and personalise your gifts with a message at checkout, adding that extra magic to your gesture.

What are marbled eggs?

Our hand-finished, foil-wrapped, 150g Medium-sized Easter Eggs are made with a unique, beautifully balanced blend of milk and dark chocolate or milk and blond chocolate to give a rich, creamy and intensely chocolatey taste. Thanks to our artisanal marbling-process, each egg is naturally and totally deliciously, but ever so slightly different.

When will my pre-ordered Egg arrive?

Unlike most mass manufacturers, we make our Easter Eggs just before sending them, so you get the very freshest eggs. We also make them in small batches and can run-out!

When you pre-order, we reserve you the egg and then pack and post in March, ready to post to you from 16th March - we can't guarantee a delivery date as we pack and post in large batches, but most pre-orders are usually sent out in that first week, arriving in plenty of time for Easter on 5th April.

How many Easter Eggs can you fit in a box?

Because we use special postal boxes to protect the eggs in transit, we can only fit a maximum of 2 eggs in each box. Or 1 Egg and either 2 Jars or up to 5 pouches.

What ingredients are used in chocolate by post gifts?

Our post box chocolate gifts are hand-finished with top-quality ingredients: sustainable cocoa, fresh organic double cream and butter, just enough sugar, British wildflower honey, and a pinch of Dorset Sea Salt.
