Look Mum, we won a prize! - Russell and Atwell

Look Mum, we won a prize!

We've got a bit of news and we've been a bit busy...

We were delighted to recently win our second 'Great Taste' award - this time for our Marc de Champagne fresh chocolates. As a little celebration, we've created a new Limited Edition Strawberry Champagne Monty as part of our Bank Holiday Event You can SAVE £5 on this new bundle - perfect for an after-dinner treat or a gift.

Summer is quiet on sales, but busy on preparation...

Our 3X growth in both sales and customer queries this year has placed considerable (positive) strain on our business.

Aside from the fun stuff, like working on new chocolate flavours(more later), we've been busy over the summer upgrading our pouch printing, refreshing the website and our customer service - all three are due to go 'live' in the coming weeks. It's not very chocolatey, or exciting, but it's helpful for you and  useful for us.  Read on to discover more...
We estimate we've hand-written the date on over 1/4 million pouches in the last 3 years - so we're delighted to introduce our newest employee 'P2D2' who will now be able to digitally print the date for us - easier for you to read and gives us more time to make and pack chocolates! New packs appearing shortly - apologies in advance you might get the odd wonky date-code as we're learning how to get this new gadget to work - rest assured the chocolates will still be delicious!
We've got a new-improved website coming that will look, um, remarkably similar to the current one, but it should run a little smoother and faster and have some extra features like simpler subscriptions and by popular demand 'build your own' bundles.
And finally, Giles has been training 'Robo-Russell' to automatically answer repeated questions like
"how long do fresh chocolates last" (up to 12 weeks) or "do you post to Norway" (sorry, not yet).
For anything more complex the lovely Val and customer team will be happy to help. Please note that Robo-Russell will be in training over the coming weeks, like any new employee, he's a bit keen and will likely make mistakes.
We'll be rolling-out these initiatives over the coming weeks and are grateful in advance  for your patience and support as we bed them in - they will will help us grow and serve you better.
