Cloudy, rainy days - it must be time for summer!

Our Strawberries and Cream Micro-batch last summer was such a success (we sold-out in under an hour) that we've made a larger limited-edition version for this summer, ahem, when it eventually arrives.

Strawberry is a challenging flavour to get right – so often in chocolate it tastes sickly-sweet or very artificial – we wanted ours to taste rich and fruity, so we've made ours with real Herefordshire Strawberries and fresh organic double-cream from the Cotswolds.
